QEMU Webinar

TimeSys is hosting a "webinar" (web-based seminar) on using the popular QEMU binary translator for PowerPC and ARM development, promising to run target code directly on your x86 workstation or even eliminate cross-compiling. Participation in the webinar is free, but registration is required.

penguinppc.org is the home of the PowerPC GNU/Linux project, the native port of GNU/Linux to the PowerPC processor. The site is is run and maintained by volunteers from the community. PowerPC GNU/Linux runs natively on PCI-based Apple Power Macintosh, many IBM and Motorola PReP and CHRP workstations, IBM pSeries and iSeries servers, Amiga Power-UP systems, and many embedded platforms that utilize the Motorola/Freescale and IBM/AMCC embedded PowerPC processors. The kernel supports multiple processors (SMP), which works on some Power Macintosh models and IBM servers.
