PCI Express Cell Card

Mercury Computer, who previously brought you Cell blades and rackmount systems, has announced the Cell Accelerator Board, or "CAB". This x16 PCI Express card features a 2.8 GHz Cell Broadband Engine (BE) processor with lots of RAM. Mercury apparently has also optimized "key algorithms" for Cell, which should make this product much much faster without additional software development.
